The product is below acceptable standards.
The product does not meet its intended use.
The product differs from its description.
The product sustained damage or became unusable during transportation.
Please note that refunds are not provided for delays in shipping, as many factors in the shipping process are beyond our control.
If you are unsatisfied for any of the above reasons, you may return the product(s) within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the item(s) cost. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Items in the clearance category cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery, specifically from December 20, 2024, to December 31, 2024 (16 days from the day of delivery).

Replacement
If you suspect that the product you’ve received is in poor condition or if the packaging appears to have been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, kindly decline to accept the package and return it to the delivery personnel.
